About Wellbeing Consulting

About

Wellbeing Consulting

I specialise in workplace wellbeing, supporting organisations and businesses of all sizes to create psychologically healthy, high-performing environments. My work focuses on helping leaders and teams build cultures that prioritise wellbeing, emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and sustainable performance.

I have completed the Workplace Wellness programme at Trinity Business School, further strengthening my expertise in organisational wellbeing, employee engagement, and high-erformance workplace cultures.

Alongside private 1-to-1 coaching, I provide workplace wellbeing and sales consulting across Ireland and internationally. I partner with leaders, teams, and businesses to integrate emotional intelligence, communication skills, and inner awareness into high-erformance cultures. My services include workshops, tailored wellbeing programmes, and individual coaching designed to enhance productivity, reduce absenteeism, strengthen retention, and cultivate engaged, resilient teams.

Across all my work, I take a holistic and trauma-aware approach. I see behaviours not as flaws to be fixed, but as adaptive responses that once served a purpose. My role is to help clients build awareness, rewire limiting patterns, and develop practical tools for aligned growth.

Holistic Life Coaching

I am an IPHM accredited Holistic Life Coach and Mind–Body Practitioner, accredited by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine. My coaching integrates organisational wellbeing, emotional healing, neuroscience-informed practices, and performance.

Before moving into this field, I built a successful career in Sales within high-pressure, target-driven environments. I worked in residential real estate in San Francisco, California, and later in corporate sales across Ireland and the UK. These experiences shaped my understanding of resilience, leadership, communication, and the invisible emotional demands placed on professionals. They also exposed me to the transformative power of coaching. Working with life coaches during my sales career gave me first-hand insight into how mindset, belief systems, and emotional intelligence influence performance and wellbeing.

My approach combines positive psychology, neuroplasticity, and mind–body regulation practices. I help clients understand the biology of belief—how subconscious patterns formed in childhood shape adult behaviours, habits, stress responses, and even health outcomes. A core area of specialisation is Inner Child work, supporting clients in gently exploring early experiences and unmet needs that may still be influencing their lives today. Common areas of focus include anxiety, imposter syndrome, low self-esteem, procrastination, relationship challenges, childhood trauma, fear of visibility, public speaking, and leadership confidence.

In my spare time, I volunteer as a group facilitator with HUGG, a suicide bereavement support organisation, and I am an active member of Toastmasters, where I support and empower people to develop confidence in communication and leadership.
